Geneseo State University of New York Merit scholarships for International Students

Scholarship Description:

Applications are currently invited from interested and suitably qualified students for Geneseo State University of New York Merit scholarships for International Students who wish to start their academic program at the University for 2023-2024 academic session.

For the 2023-24 academic year, SUNY Geneseo has increased funding to merit scholarships. New students who have been admitted to Geneseo will automatically be considered for all merit-based scholarships at the time they are admitted.

Scholarship Benefits and Details:

$5,000 USD – $9,000 USD per year.

These tuition scholarships range from $5,000 USD – $9,000 USD per year and awarded at the time of admission. Awards are based on outstanding academic achievements as evidenced by grades on transcripts (or mark sheets), results on national examinations.

Academic scholarships are renewable for up to four years with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. International applicants admitted to SUNY Geneseo are automatically considered for an International Student Scholarship. Freshman (first-year) and transfer students are eligible for the International Student Scholarship.

Ready to enroll in full-time degree program;

Have an offer of admission in the university;

Have high school certificate or equivalent;
