The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) has announced the SEARCA Full Master’s and PhD Scholarships for Academic Year 2026–2027. Applications were officially opened following a virtual information session hosted by SEARCA’s Education and Collective Learning Department (ECLD) on 21 July 2025.
