The Danish Advanced Research Academy (DARA) invites international academic professionals to apply as peer reviewers for the DARA PhD Fellowship Programme 2025. The DARA PhD Fellowship Programme supports outstanding doctoral candidates in Denmark who are focused on addressing major global challenges through interdisciplinary research. The programme promotes innovation, international collaboration, and scientific excellence.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify as a reviewer, you must:
Hold the title of Associate Professor or higher, or demonstrate equivalent research seniority.
Not be affiliated with any Danish academic institution.
Have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Data and Computer Science
Natural and Technical Sciences
Reviewer Responsibilities
Selected reviewers will evaluate PhD applications using DARA’s structured framework, focusing on:
Research project quality
Candidate academic potential
Feasibility of the research plan
Potential scientific and societal impact
Application Materials to Review
Each application will include:
Research summary
1,500-word project proposal
Motivation letter
CV and transcripts
Supervisor’s letter of support
Optional documents (e.g., mentor CV, lab description)
Your Role as Reviewer
Assign numeric scores (1–5)
Provide clear, constructive written feedback
Follow DARA’s ethical guidelines and conflict of interest policy
Optionally participate in online consensus discussions
